Bacon Rack

Bacon rack is a name for certain cuts of meat taken from the sides or back or belly of a pig, cured and possibly smoked. It is generally considered a breakfast dish and is prepared in microwave on a bacon rack. The rack is absolutely ideal for hanging bacon in the microwave.

Bacon rack is a plastic tray about four inches by eight inches. Partitions are present in the rack and bacon is placed in different slots. The rack is designed specifically to allow fat to drain away. The tray can also be used for reheating pizzas and pies.
