Beer Pitcher Materials

• The metal cocktail pitcher was more common in pre-prohibition days, but survived later also. The odd style of the pitcher made consumers lose interest in this type of pitcher.
• Glass martini pitcher was common in 40s and 50s. With the passage of time the martini's recipe was simplified to remove the orange bitters, and reduce the amount of dry vermouth to barely a whisper.
