Carafes

Carafe is a decorative beverage container, usually with a narrow neck and fitted with a stopper. They are generally made of glass and used for cold beverages. They are made of lucid glass to bring to bear the color of the wine. They act as thermoses, keeping coffee steaming and lemonade icy.

Types of Carafes

• Bellied Carafes : They have great fluid surface and allows a young red wine a lot of air contact.
• Slender Carafes : They have smaller surface that prevents the wine from oxidation through too much contact with oxygen.
