Carving Knife

Carving knife is a large knife used to carve cooked meat. The knife has a bevel that extends almost the whole width of the blade. The bevel is the sharpened part of the blade. The blade can be serrated or plain and can be rounded or pointed. This knife is also called meat knife or slicer.
