Citrus Stripper

Citrus stripper is a hand-held utensil with a sharp stainless steel notched edge used to remove the outer yellow rind of the lemon into wide strips. It is used to remove long, continuous coil of citrus peel from the entire length of the citrus.

Different lengths of the peel are produced using the citrus stripper. The length depends on whether the citrus is stripped from top to bottom or from around the citrus. It is also used to cut decorative patterns and used for garnishing.
