Cleaver Knife

Cleaver knife is a traditional knife with a large square blade, used especially by butchers for chopping meat. It cuts through meat and poultry bones with a single downward stroke. It is also used to chop, shred, pound or crush food ingredients and materials.

Features of Cleaver Knife
  • The blade of the cleaver knife is slightly curved from one side and is very sharp. This side of the knife is ideal for slicing through large vegetables.
