Dosa Griddle
Dosa griddle is a
flat metal plate attached to a heat source especially designed to make
delicious dosas. It is one of the most widely used griddles in any
kitchen. It is most commonly used in the South India because rice is a
staple food of South and dosa is a common food there.

- It is usually made of heavy gauge aluminum with
hard anodized surface. The surface is scratch
resistant and does not crack or peel. It allows free use of metal
