Fillet Knife

Fillet knife is an useful kitchen utensil, used to free fish fillets from the skeleton and skin. Blade of a fillet knife looks very different from those made for chopping, slicing, or dicing. It has a narrow, long and flexible blade especially designed for filleting fish.
