Food Container

Food container is a versatile microwave cookware that is used to quickly heat up or cook food in the microwave. These are the most important cookwares for a microwave and perform multitude of tasks.

Microwave food container is usually a rectangular or a round container with a tightly fitted lid to keep food warm even when placed out of the microwave. It includes a bowl shaped or dish shaped bottom portion to hold the food product. It has a bottom wall transparent to microwave energy and an upwardly extending side wall. The upper edge has a defined opening for placing food to be cooked or for removing food from the container for serving.
