Harp Peeler
Harp Peeler is
composed of a rotating ceramic blade that is non stick. The blade is
perpendicular to the handle. The complete frame looks like the body of a
harp or the letter 'Y'. So, it is also called Y peeler.
It is most common in Europe.

It remains free of rust and does not absorb the after taste of food.
The peeler has a wider blade that helps tackle thick skinned fruits and
vegetables like ginger and butternut squash.
Harp peelers are also useful for making decorative
cutting of vegetables like cucumber. They are mostly cut into ribbon
like structure for decorative display.
