Ice Cream Scoop
Ice cream scoop is
a kitchen tool used to remove ice cream from a carton or any other
container and place it in a bowl, cone or desert, in a ball or oval
shape. These scoops are available in a range of styles and sizes.

Ice Cream Scoop Shapes
- The simplest of ice cream scoops is a metal scoop or spade shaped
scoop. Spade shape provides a less uniform shaped serving of ice
cream.
- Half globe scoop with a spring action lever in the handle.
- Ball scoop delivers round servings for times when a well formed
round shape is required.
Types of Ice Cream Scoop
- Electric Ice Cream Scoop - This tool is used to
consistently scoop cod ice cream. Current is applied to the scoop to
remove ice cream from the container.
- Microwaveable Ice Cream Scoop - This tool takes
the hard work out of scooping rock-hard ice cream and sorbet. Keep
the scoop in the microwave for 30 to 40 seconds and then dig it
right into the frozen ice cream.
- Heated Ice Cream Scoop - The tool can easily
cut through the hard ice cream by the use of two cell batteries in
the handle and heating coils in the scoop area.
- Antifreeze Ice Cream Scoop - The tool is a
small hand operated tool and has an antifreeze seal inside.
