Layer Cake Pan

Layer cake pan is a pan with straight sides and curled rims. It can be available with or without wire in rims. The layer cake pans can be two layer, three layers, or multi layers.

To make cake in these pans, the surface is lined with a wax paper and the pan is dusted with flour. The cake is left to cool in the layer cake pans left on the rack of the oven.
