Mesh Skimmer

Mesh skimmer is a long handled fine wire mesh strainer that is ideal for removing objects from boiling oil. It combines the functions of a perforated ladle, skimmer and strainer into one lightweight tool.

Mesh skimmers are available in a range of sizes and shapes. They are also used for lifting dumplings out of stew or skim off the foam that collects on the surface of chicken broth.
