Mincing knife

handle and used for mincing vegetable or herbs. This knife is also known
as Mezzaluna, Mezzaluna chopper, chopper and chopping knife. The knife
has a curved blade that speeds mincing as it rocks back and froth over
herbs, spices or nuts.
