Prep KnifeAs the term 'prep'
defines an act or process of preparing, prep knife is again a
multipurpose knife used for preparing ingredients for cooking. It is
designed for a multitude of tasks, from paring vegetables to slicing
sandwiches to carving meats. The knife has a long, sharp blade usually
made of stainless steel.
