Types of Roasting Rack
- Flat Roasting Rack : A rack made of thin wires
running parallel to each other. It also has couple of wires running
at right angles to support the parallel wires.
- Adjustable V Shaped Roasting Rack : It has two
sides made of thin wires attached to a base. The sides can be
adjusted to change the width of the V.
- Non Adjustable V Shaped Roasting Rack : It is
made of V shaped pieces of metal attached to a frame with handles.
- Vertical Roasting Rack : It has vertical prongs
attached to a round base. This ensures a crispier skin but creates a
mess while roasting. It can only be used on chickens.
- Basket Roasting Rack : It is a U shaped piece
of perforated metal with a handle on each end. It looks similar to a
