Stir Fry Pan
Stir fry is to fry
quickly in a small amount of oil over high heat while stirring
continuously. Special stir fry pans are designed for
the purpose.
 
Stir fry pans are deep pans with flared sides. The
deep sides permits more space for cooking as small pieces of food are
briskly stirred and tossed. The pan also consist of a long handle for
easy grip and a loop handle on the other side for lifting easily. An
optional tight fitting lid seals in food to steam cook them until done.
They are made of materials that conduct heat evenly and efficiently.
